   1.Will you make me a banner?
      You can make your own banner! It's super easy. Just click here to use the Customize Tool:

      You just type in the words you want, pick your color, make sure the size and position are right, and then click on the banner to post it to your profile. And if you don't like this background, you can Customize any banner by clicking it's customize link!

   2. My Upload keeps failing and I get an error message
      This is the worst one. There are a lot of reasons this can happen, and sometimes it's tough to figure out why it's happening. Here are some possibilities:
         1. Make sure the image you're trying to upload is a JPG, GIF or PNG
         2. Make sure the image you're trying to upload smaller than 2mb
         3. Try uploading a different image to see if that works
         4. Try logging out of Facebook and logging back in
         5. Try deleting the Profile Banner Album. It might be full. But be careful. If you do this, any friends' banners you posted yourself will be removed.
         6. Wait 5 minutes and try again


   3. Posting a banner to my profile shows an error message
      This is a bad one. There are a lot of reasons this can happen, and sometimes it's tough to figure out why it's happening. Here are some posibilities:
         1. Try logging out of Facebook and logging back in
         2. Wait 5 minutes and try again
         3. Try posting a different banner to see if that works.


   4.It says the banner was posted to my profile, but I or my friends can't see it
      This is easy to fix. Just follow these steps:
         1. Add the new profile:
            http://www.facebook.com/about/profile/
         2. Set your privacy option for "Photos and videos you're tagged in" to Friends, Friends of Friends or Everyone:
            http://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=privacy
         3. Set the "Profile Banner Photos" Album permissions to Friends, Friends of Friends, or Everyone:
            http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?view=photos


   5.Someone tagged me in a photo and now my banner is broken!
      This is easy to fix. View your profile and put your mouse over the new photo. Click the little X that appears. This removes the photo from your banner, but does not delete it or remove your tag.


   6. How do I get rid of my Awesome Profile Banner?
      There are two ways. The most complete is to delete the Profile Banner Photos album from your Photos. The easier way is to view your profile and put your mouse over each of the five images that make up your banner. Click the little X that appears and that part of the banner will be removed.
